Jesse Harbrow
Supervisor
I am a Registered Drainlayer and I have 8 years drainlaying experience working in the Civil and Drainage Industry.
I came onboard with Tuffnell Drainage in 2018 as a Drainlayer and currently fill the role of Drainlayer Foreman overseeing various civil, commercial and residential contracts and also support the CCTV Operations side of the business. My strengths are to supervise teams effectively to get projects done within required timeframes offering best quality and workmanship to our clients.
Away from work you will find me spending time outdoors in North Canterbury with my beautiful family. I enjoy cars and Motorsport, as well as tinkering away with mechanical projects at home.
Levi McKenna
Drainage Foreman
With a decade-long occupation in civil drainage, I bring extensive hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence to every project I undertake.
While my foundation is rooted in technical expertise, I’m currently improving my project management skills through dedicated study and mentorship within my robust professional network.
My journey in civil drainage work has been defined by continuous skills development and team mentorship and by the relationships I’ve built along the way.
Possessing excellent people skills, I thrive in collaborative environments, fostering strong connections with colleagues, clients and stakeholders alike.
Outside of Tuffnell Drainage I consider myself as very approachable, appreciating opportunities to engage with others and expand my horizons.
However, my greatest joy stems from moments spent with my cherished family, including my beloved dog Roxy, who adds infinite joy to our lives.
Together we embark on adventures, often hitting the open road with our caravan in tow and creating lifetime memories.
Driven by a passion for continuous growth and dedication to both personal and professional fulfilment, I am always ready to tackle new challenges and make meaningful contributions wherever my journey may lead.
Andrew Redmond
Drainage Foreman/CCTV & Waterblaster Operator
I joined Tuffnell Drainage in December 2011 as a drainlayer and truck driver, assisting with various civil and construction projects. I now fill the role of a Drainage Foreman and assist with CCTV and waterblasting/unblocking service of drains, which I continue to oversee today.
I strive to put my best efforts into my tasks and I enjoy the customer contact and good after service feedback of a job well done. I enjoy working with my team mates and appreciate a good banter with them.
Weekends you will find me around Southbridge assisting the locals with drainlaying and plumbing services. I enjoy spending time with my family as often as I can, attending my grandchildren’s sports and activities and family gatherings. We also enjoy road tripping around New Zealand.

JAKE VINCENT
CERTIFIED DRAINLAYER
I am a certified drainlayer and joined Tuffnell Drainage in April 2024. I have over 10 years in the drainlaying industry in New Zealand with an additional 2 years of detailed civil earthworks experience and excavator operations in Australia.
I focus on a productive workflow for all the sites I manage and I prioritise the importance of building strong relationships with all clients and contractors my team works alongside.
I keep a high expectation of the quality of work we do on all sites, whether it is for a large supermarket or a neighbours backyard.
My passion is my family and our little farm on the Rakaia River in Canterbury. My wife and I appreciate watching our 2 young kids and new puppy thrive and explore what it has to offer us. We try to go camping as much as we can and between work and our lifestyle block, I have a full and busy life.
